Naloxone Training and Education

Every DOPP enrolled program must create a training curriculum for training and educating overdose responders. The resources on this portal are for each individual DOPP/OEND program to utilize and tailor to each program’s needs.

• Our organization, DHS/SUPR Drug Overdose Prevention Program (DOPP), maintains relevant information and links for training and educational resources for use when developing training decks for Programs enrolled in the DHS DOPP/OEND.

Naloxone Resourses

Naloxone is an FDA approved medication that can stop an opioid overdose. Anyone can easily administer naloxone to save the life of someone overdosing on opioids, including heroin or prescription medication.
